Richard and Joan Pataconi celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 8 with an outdoor gathering in their backyard. A dinner buffet was served and enjoyed by guests who included their four children and their spouses, grandson, other family members and special friends. A formal celebration was postponed until 2021.
