QUINNESEC — Voters needing assistance with absentee ballots in Breitung Township are being directed to the city of Kingsford, due to the closure of the township clerk’s office in Quinnesec as a precaution against coronavirus spread.

The Kingsford office may be contacted at 906-774-3526.

The township office closure only impacts absentee voters, said Dolly Cook, Dickinson County clerk-register of deeds. Polling places on Election Day remain the same.
