Badgers take down Lena for third straight victory
LENA, Wis, — After starting the season 0-4, Niagara won its third consecutive game Tuesday night, defeating Lena 51-39 in Marinette-Oconto conference action.
Tristan DeJardin led the Badgers with 13 points. Logan Bath and Josh Weber each added eight points for the Badgers, now 3-4 (2-3 M&O).
Max Beyer led all scorers with 15 points for Lena. Logan Shallow added 11 points for the Wildcats.
Coach Steve Derwinski and his Badgers return home for an M&O Conference tilt with Oneida Nation on Friday night. In the JV contest, Lena defeated Niagara 36-33.
