Bobcats run record to 14-3
WHITE LAKE, Wis. – Five players scored in double figures for Florence in a 74-35 Northern Lakes Conference road victory Friday evening.
“A win on the road after a hard fought game the night before. We’ll take it,” Florence head coach Bryan Bomberg said. “I don’t think we were too sharp and maybe lacked some intensity but thankful we woke up after halftime.”
Kaden Schuls led the Bobcats with 16 points. Evan Johnson scored 11, while Braden Boettcher, Preston Stoltz and Patrick Milan each had 10, Milan’s effort also included a team-leading 10 rebounds.
Florence (14-3) plays at Coleman Feb. 13.
“We have some time off before we play Coleman,” Bomberg said. “That is going to be a tough test and we’ll find out how tough we really are after that game. I am proud of this team.”
